When you submit an enquiry, the website receives your email address, destination, project brief, optional project details and any files you attach. Your selected product, material, application or project reference may be included to help explain the request.

We also include the landing page, referring website and campaign labels when available to understand how you found us. These are kept for the current browser tab session; enquiry drafts and attachments are not stored in browser storage. URL query details other than these campaign labels are not retained by this feature.

The website forwards this information and your attachments through our configured email provider (Google Gmail or Tencent enterprise email) to info@cotrustone.com. A confirmation means the mail server accepted the message; it does not mean that a member of the team has reviewed it. You may also email us directly.

We use enquiry information to review your requirements, respond to questions and prepare sourcing or fabrication discussions. For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion, contact info@cotrustone.com. Please identify the enquiry so we can locate it.

The website processes attachments in memory to send the email; it does not create a separate attachment library or enquiry database. Enquiry messages and attachments are retained in the company email system and may be handled in the course of follow-up work.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled to verify form submissions. It processes browser and network signals to distinguish genuine visits from automated abuse. The website also limits repeated attempts; where a trusted network address is available, it may be used for this purpose. Hosting and email services may maintain operational logs. This website does not use advertising trackers or browser storage for enquiry drafts.

On the public website, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views and loading performance. A short-lived confirmation cookie allows the thank-you page to display after a successful enquiry; it expires after ten minutes.

If you allow optional analytics using the preference below the footer, Google Analytics measures page visits, selected product views, the start of an enquiry and successful acceptance by our email service. It may use analytics cookies after you allow it. This choice does not affect your ability to enquire.

Our event messages do not include your name, email address, project text, attachment names or URL query details. Google receives the measurement requests and associated browser and network information. We do not enable advertising signals or send enquiry content to this analytics service.

You can turn off optional analytics using the same preference below the footer. Your preference is stored in this browser. Declining analytics does not remove an enquiry you have sent; contact info@cotrustone.com about your enquiry information.
