Your design,
made in natural stone.
Send a photograph, a sketch or a full set of drawings. We draw the piece in stone for you to approve, choose the slab with you, then cut, carve and finish it in our own factories or a partner's.

01 / Your brief
Send what you have.
You do not need a finished drawing package. Any of these is enough for a first reply, usually within 24 hours. To quote, add the quantity, the destination and your timing.
- 01
A photograph
Of a piece you saw, or one you want adapted. Add rough sizes and where it will go.
- 02
A sketch
Hand-drawn is fine. Mark the main dimensions and which faces will be seen.
- 03
Drawings or CAD
Architectural or shop drawings as DWG, DXF or PDF, with the stone schedule if there is one.
Material samples about 15 × 15 cm are free for standard marbles; luxury stones and jade are charged. We confirm each request and the courier cost with you. See the materials
02 / Design and drawings
See the form before it is cut.
Where a piece moves or is built from several parts, our own design team makes a design study first. This one shows how the drawers of a stone vanity open and how the body goes together.
The study is for the look and the movement. The stone drawing that follows is for making: it fixes every size, edge and joint, and comes back to you to mark up until it is right.
What happens after approvalWatch the assembly sequence · 43 seconds
The study takes the vanity apart to show how the stone body, drawers and top fit together.
03 / Making
From a flat slab to a carved form.
The form decides the process. A carved basin, a mitred vanity and a fountain built in sections each need their own order of cutting, shaping, carving and finishing.

- 01
CNC shaping and waterjet cutting
For curves, openings and inlays, and for repeat pieces cut to the same drawing. Much of the stonework for the house in Australia and the venue in New Jersey was waterjet cut.
- 02
Carving
Reliefs, mouldings and sculpted forms, roughed out by machine and finished by hand.
- 03
Integrated basins and furniture
Basins carved into a vanity top, and tables and furniture built from several stone parts.
- 04
Bookmatching
Where the stone allows, consecutive slabs are opened like a book so the veins mirror across the joint.
04 / Before cutting
What to settle with us early.
- 01
Block size
A piece larger than the available block needs a joint. We show you where it falls before anything is cut.
- 02
Weight and access
A solid stone bath usually weighs 300 to 1,000 kg. Check that the floor can carry it and that it can be brought in and set in place: doors, stairs, lifts or a crane. We estimate the weight from the stone in the quote and confirm the final weight before shipping.
- 03
Vein direction
Decide which way the veins run on each visible face, and whether they carry on around corners.
- 04
Edges and finish
Name the edge profile and the finish for every visible face. A top polished with honed sides is a different piece from one polished all over.
