01 / Your brief

You do not need a complete drawing package.

Send what you have: a reference photo, architectural drawing, CAD file, sketch or sample direction. Include approximate dimensions and where the piece will be used.

We begin by clarifying the intended form, materials and practical requirements. A reference starts the conversation; it does not substitute for approved production details.

Use the first exchange to establish feasibility, material direction and any missing information. For a detailed quotation, include the quantity and destination as well as the proposed design. The quotation needs to define what is included in fabrication, packing and delivery.

02 / Stone selection

Select the stone around the design.

Consider the proposed slab or block, visible faces and vein direction together. Material variation, dimensions and the intended use need to be reviewed before confirming the selection.

Ask for current selection photographs rather than relying on a catalogue image. The agreed material is one of the starting points for the fabrication plan.

03 / Design & drawings

See the form. Resolve the detail.

We provide drafting and design assistance to review proportions, material direction and construction details. Confirm dimensions, openings, visible edges and installation interfaces with your project team before production.

Explore how a proposed stone piece looks and moves, then develop the information needed to make it. Design views and dimensioned drawings serve different parts of the review.

04 / Fabrication

Choose the process for the piece.

The design and selected stone guide the cutting, shaping, carving, finishing and assembly approach. A carved basin needs a different sequence from a mitred vanity, while a fountain needs a segmentation and trial-fit plan. Resolve supports, joints and exposed edges with the form; review a first piece or critical detail before repeating it across a larger order.

Shaping is followed by work on the details people see and touch: edge transitions, corners, bowl rims and exposed returns. Review these close-up against the selected finish and approved profile. The photograph shows machine shaping of a carved stone relief.

05 / Review & delivery

Review the work, then prepare for delivery.

Agree the quality checks and progress records needed for your project. Review dimensions, visible surfaces and vein arrangement, with dry lay where applicable.

Packing and delivery are coordinated around the confirmed pieces, destination and agreed responsibilities. Installation and site handling requirements should be shared early.

Shipment information: Packing list, crate dimensions and gross weights for delivery planning.
